How long does it take to open an account?
About ten minutes for most businesses. You'll need your EIN, a government ID for each owner with 25% or more, and your business address. Most applications are approved the same day.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from Settings. Changes apply from your next billing date and your card payment rate updates immediately.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. There are no minimum balances, no ACH fees and no fees for instant payouts. The plan price and card payment rate above are what you pay. International transfers show their exact cost before you send.
Is my money protected?
